Rates:

Cabin 1 - sleeps 4, (1king, futon that makes double)
    $120.00 per night 1night only
    $110.00 per night 2 nights
    $100.00 per night 3 or more nights

Cabin 2 - sleeps 4, (1 king, futon that makes double)
    $120.00 per night 1 night only
    $110.00 per night 2 nights
    $100.00 per night 3 or more nights

Cabin 3 - sleeps 8, (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, futon that makes double)
    $225.00 per night 1 night only
    $200.00 per night 2 nights
    $175.00 per night 3 or more nights

Cabin 4 - sleeps 4, (1 king, futon that makes double)
    $120.00 per night 1 night only
    $110.00 per night 2 nights
    $100.00 per night 3 or more nights

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel Ten (10) days or more before the date of your reservation there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00.
• If you cancel within 10 days of your reservation date the cancellation fee will be the entire deposit

Oak Hill Cabins

• Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11AM. Staying past the checkout time will result in a charge for an additional day.
• If you smoke, please do so outdoors.
• Cabins are available year round. Come enjoy the quieter months with us.
• Please do not take furniture, linens or glassware outside.
• Loud music is prohibited. Please observe quiet time from 11 PM till 7 AM.
• Firearms and fireworks are not allowed.
• 4-wheelers and Go-carts are not allowed.
• Do not cut trees or limbs. Fires in designated area only.
• Please report anything broken or not working ASAP.
• Enjoy your stay with us and help to keep our camp clean.
